Fraud company which uses malicious techniques to charge money for services you have not ordered. I would not recommend.

So so angry got confirmation then tried to track my order to be told DPD had returned it . Asked them to resend and NO was the reply ! Dont shop with them guys . No money return for 14 days pathetic !

I bought a load of products from Sally’s online in Feb as I wanted to bleach my hair (lockdown boredom) I ordered 3 separate times and delivery was great and customer service was also great. I cannot fault any of the products I bought, I love Sally’s ! A big shout out to the girls at Sally’s Guildford, before lockdown I would purchase products in store and they were great.

Very unhelpful and rigid after sales customer service.Do not explain products fully or properly on their website. Avoid.Other wholesalers far more accomodating and helpful.

Very poor service in shop and staff has no knowledge about what they are offering or selling

Absolutely awful very unskilled shop assistants in the Belfast store who asked me to buy goods i did not want saying they had no cash. Seriously like something from the dark ages. Also their products are very poor i have bought better quality nail varnish in the pound shops and they charge around £10. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want good customer service

My 72 year old husband bought me £50's worth of vouchers last Xmas. I managed to spend £10 with difficulty and had to pay a balance as the cashier stated they had no cash and could not take another voucher, as no cash for change.Today I went into their Belfast store and still had the 3 x £10 vouchers in my purse with the previous receipt.I am in absolute shock as the two women serving said that as two of the vouchers had separated they could not accept them. This meant I lost £20 for the two vouchers. The thing is the 2 parts of the vouchers were actually together where the previous cashier wrapped them in the receipt. Also there is a similar reference number on both parts which is verification of their authenticity. I am appalled at this and shall be taking this matter to consumer rights as it was a form of blatant theft.I shall never enter Sally's shop again and shall ensure that others are made aware of their inappropriate treatment of customers. Sally's Salon Services is a complete unprofessional and shabby outlet and I reiterate that I shall take this matter further - one star is actually not appropriate, it should be none

Awful company. I have used them for 30 years. i then took up ( i thought i did ) an offer, from one of their flyers, of buy 24 Rusk colours and get 24 free. when the order arrived i noticed that they changed to another inferior offer. When i questioned it they said by email that there was an error on their part and they had pulled the offer but didn't inform of this. So i took it up with Paypal, as i looked into my consumer rights and i had a case. They have dug their feet in, as they WILL NOT GIVE ME THE OFFER THEY PROMOTED. No matter what i said, they will not budge, all i want it the extra colours i am entitled to. I argued with them, imagine if i gave a client an exact price for a service and then put the price up, after. I can't legally do that, so why are they allowed to be Paypal. What a joke by Salon Services and Paypal.

I really can’t fault this company at all. I was a bit dubious at first but it turns out it was my fault. Once that was sorted my items arrived in no time. Would shop here again!!!

I was sent the wrong item. They refused a give a refund or exchange it for the correct item. Shocking service.

I went to salon services leeds today, the 3 girls that were working helped me so much and were extremely lovely. I have used this place for 20+ years but was a bit stressed out today with all the new lock down measures in leeds, they did everything they could to help me get what I needed. Thank u girls keep up the good work.

SHOCKING RUDE AND UNPLEASANT STAFF PURCHASED A HAIRDRYER OVER A WEEK AGO AND IT WAS FAULTY AS IT WAS HEATING UP AND COULD SMELL BURNING TOOK IT BACK TO THERE SHAWLANDS BRANCH IN GLASGOW TO RETURN THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER WAS RUDE AND ABRUPT UNHELPFUL AND UNPLEASANT REFUSED TO TAKE THE HAIRDRYER BACK SAYING FOR HYGIENE REASON WE CANT TAKE BACK AND STARTED SERVING ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND IT WAS ALSO PRICED WORNG WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR PREMISES AGAIN AND WOULD LIKE TO INFORM OTHERS DONT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY DONT PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK !!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the staff were just having a bad day the time before I was at the Church Street Inverness store. Sadly I was wrong. Visited again yesterday, the woman behind the counter had absolutely no customer service skills. So rude and clearly not interested in her job. If you want to go somewhere and leave feeling like you've been a nuisance then this is the place to go. Please don't go if you want to walk out thinking that you've had great customer service, you will only be disappointed.
